Created Independence High School’s first multi-school cybersecurity competition: 67 attendees, 18 teams, 8–10 schools, and roughly $2,900 in sponsorships. I led infrastructure, challenges, outreach, logistics, scoring, and workshops.

Helped organize a student cybersecurity summit, recruit attendees, build event infrastructure, and deliver the main workshop.
Cybersecurity Club
Recruited new members, created lesson plans and workshops, shifted meetings from passive presentations to hands-on practice, and expanded the club’s competition calendar.
